In compliance with the applicable personal data protection laws, PVM informs the Participants that the data that may be provided to participate in the promotion, or the data provided after in case of being awarded with a prize, will be collected and processed under the control of PVM with the purpose of manage the participation in the promotion, including in case of being awarded with a prize, the publication of the Participant’s name in PVM’s Website, newsletter and social media profiles. Consequently, the processing of the Participant’s personal data is based on the Participant’s will to participate in the promotion. The personal data processed will be kept as long as the relationship between the Participant and PVM is in force. After that, the Participant’s personal data will be only kept as long as it is necessary to comply with any legal regulation that may impose PVM the obligation to keep the data for a longer period of time. In no case it is contemplated by PVM any form of processing of the personal data to profiling or the transfer of the personal data to third countries. In the case that the Participant wants to receive commercial information from PVM, both through electronic or non-electronic means, related to the products sold by PVM, the Participant needs to grant PVM the express consent for that purpose by clicking the box established to that effect in the form where the personal data are collected. Such consent, in case of being granted, can be withdrawn by the Participant at any time by following the procedure described hereinafter. PVM is allowed to outsource to third parties (processors) part of the services related to the management of the promotion with the purpose to obtaining logistic or administrative support (for instance, companies that carry out the service of delivering the prizes, or companies rendering technological services like hosting of PVM’s Website). These companies can have access to and process the Participant’s personal data only as far as it is necessary to comply with the services outsourced and always and only with regard to the purposes of processing the personal data referred above. PVM informs the Participant that he/she has right to request access to and rectification or erasure of his/her personal data, or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to withdraw the consent given by addressing to PVM a written communication to Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt. Ltd., 4th Floor, AIPL Masterpiece, Golf Course Road, Sector-54, Gurugram, Haryana-122002, India or by sending an email to pvmdpo@it.pvmgrp.com to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, always providing a copy of the identification document or any other document proving it. PVM reserves itself the right to verify at any time the truthfulness of the personal data provided by the Participant, as well as the ages and identity of the winners before proceeding with the delivery of the prizes. PVM informs the Participants of their right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
